Phase 1 — Stabilise
(Weeks 1–3)

We start by understanding what's driving your instability — mechanically, structurally, and biomechanically. From there we restore joint position sense, address the structural contributors, and build the foundation your ankle needs before we start loading it. Most athletes notice a meaningful shift in joint confidence within the first few weeks.

Progressive, sport-specific loading. We systematically increase the demand on your ankle — matching the forces, directions, and speeds your sport actually requires. This is where most standard rehabilitation falls short. We don't stop at 'functional.' We go to 'performant.'

Full performance integration. Reactive drills, sport-specific scenarios, return-to-competition milestones, and confidence under pressure. We finish with a clear return-to-sport assessment and a long-term maintenance strategy designed around your specific sport demands.
