WHAT'S INCLUDED
12-week structured rehabilitation programme
Three athlete tracks (General / Competitive / Performance Elite)
Phase 1: Stabilise — mobility, proprioception, ankle and hip strength
Phase 2: Load — heavy strength, deceleration, plyometrics, sprint progressions
Phase 3: Perform — reactive drills, fatigue training, full competition simulation
Formal return-to-sport assessment with objective clearance criteria
